Olavius
Olavius is a type revival of a baroque design. While the origin is unknown, the source, Cicero No22, that gave the spark for this revival was found in an Icelandic type specimen from 1828, Sýnishorn af þeim letrum. In the search for the origin, the typeface has been traced back to the early eighteenth century. The oldest example of No22 was in the first Icelandic magazine, Islandske Maaneds Tidender, published in 1776 by Ólafur Olavius.
